mixed up justice!

  It is such a disgrace that a man ADMITS to killing a 2 yr old child & ONLY receives a 15 yr sentence, while another man has a MINIMUM of 30 yrs for child porno on his computer. Remember the lady taht received NO punishment for causing the young girl to commit suicide? 

     This sort of 'justice'  does NOT make sense to me.....  What is our problem??

Justice has been mixed up in america for centuries.... the justice system should be equal for everyone... it is time america re-wrote the legal system....time served should be the same for everyone who is found guilty...... no matter what state you are in, no longer should this be determined by the state, judge or jury. As with any other charges Murder of a child should be death penalty, no longer should we take care of these individuals for years on death row.... they should find thier justice within 3 months of the verdict.... murder of adutls should be death or life as it is said an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth, so should a life for a life.... instead the legal system has been designed slap some and tap many...until justice becomes blind and equal we will continue to see slime like this getting 15 years..... maybe someone should have painted him black and put some crack on him he would have gotten a life in prison term.....sometimes being an american hurts.

It's all up to the judge, and while it is not fair, it will take the people showing up in force to change it.
