GOING TO THE RACES IN OCTOBER

The first time we went to the speedway a tornado ended the race early and the next day the race was over before we got half way to the track. I was really bummed because I wanted to see my first big race,well I had called the speedway and see what could be done and it was not looking good when yesterday when I got home there was a U.P.S. envelope waiting,I opened it up and to my surprise there are 4 tickets to the NASCAR races in October,and not just any seats but premium seats I am talking starting line and 40 rows  from the action.It was enough to make a grown man cry...and I admit it got to me.The President of the KANSAS SPEEDWAY sent me these and with my birthday being next week, talk about an excellent birthday gift.We are so excited to be going let alone V.I.P. seats and parking,the only problem is which one of my friends do I take! The band KANSAS will be playing before the october 4th race and this is one of my favorite rock bands,a big THANK YOU to the KANSAS SPEEDWAY !

  • IT WAS AWESOME !!!! Went ahead and got tickets for the race Thursday and we all three went as a family and we all had fun.It was not as loud as what I would have thought but it was way more intense in the action,a couple of spin outs and car #77 was the winner and he dominated the track all the way.The overall experience was five star!!! Can hardly wait for Sat and SUNDAY raceswinner burnout

  • Pit passes grant a little bit more access but fan walk is awesome.You will see many famous faces up close.

    6.President of NASCAR(cant remember his name-the curly headed guy with mustache)


    7.Jack Rousch


    You will be able to be close to ALL the drivers when they are in their cars going on and off the track(Cup practice on Sat is best time).I have a picture of Jimmy Johnson taken from pass side window-I leaned in THE CAR and took it! AWESOME!


    On fan walk you will be in a fenced off section RIGHT behind Pit Road-ask the crew mwmbers that are setting up for a lug nut souvenier-they are all really nice and will usually accomodate you-we have several.

  • Now just trying to get a couple of riends that can for sure go with us.Trying to get a couple of pit passes,so far I am leading the pack bidding on them. Is there much difference between fan walk and pit passes?I want a weekend too remember,none of us drink anymore so we should  have lots of fun.
