well putting them in jail really doesnt work i get it. if they arent working then you can get the child suppot that is due. No, I am not a single parent. I thankfully have someone who has been involved and help for the last seven years. But a program to help the dads get it right, just isnt gonna have a succesful rate..in my opinion. It may in the beginning but just wait and see nothing is going to change. there is always going to be deadbeat dads that can never be changed. i just know from my "own" experience that the state of missouri IS NOT effective in demanding child support. i havent received support in 11 years and i know that i probably will never get it. but after all this time the state still cant enforce it? like i said just my opinion.. As far as the programs for single moms, that is needed. Women need all the help they can raising children if they are single without having to relay on another man or their family. 

What about all the programs to help single mothers? Should we just zap them out and say,... well you made poor choices. Live with it?

There are a LOT of deadbeat dad's out there. Should we just say, well, you made poor choices, so you are going to jail?

If they arent paying their child support, then they are obviously irresponsible and need help to figure out how to get it right and keep it right. Do you NOT want this so that back child support will go start going away?

10% may not seem like much, but 1 in 10 that werent taking care of it.. now are. So, time to get the rest.. 10% at a time if we have to.
