That was a nice piece of sex sensationalism on Fox4News last night about the "Cyber Sex Trade in Overland Park"? How original. One thing they never explain about a woman's body. Why is it a "woman's body" when it comes to abortion, but that same body becomes govt property when it comes to prostitution? Often it is the same people who promote this. No one has rationally explained that sudden change of ownership.
Fox 4 interviewed a "former prostitute" (notice she is no longer a person, but she has credibility) who first said how much money she made and how easy it was to post an ad. She went to the library took 10 minutes to develop and ad and the phone was "ringing 15 minutes later"
Later she said 90% of the girls in this work for someone else. WHAT? That does not connect. She posted the ad herself and boasted of the money.
They went on to do some man bashing saying the Johns were married men "who just wanted to do something behind their wife's back". How do the know that from just her opinion? The women, who willingly entered this, were considered "victims".
If I interview someone for hours and selectively take clips of that, I can make carpentry sound exploitative.
In the end, this was all about TV news ratings. Something to use sex for attraction. The same reason you read my blog because the title grabbed your attention. I am guessing that Fox News sold sex on a larger scale than anyone in a south JOCO hotel.
