-THE PENDING HEALTH CARE BILL IS RACIALLY ORIENTED-

The Rev. Jesse Jackson on Wednesday night injected race into the national debate on health care, saying any black lawmaker who votes against President Obama's sweeping overhaul isn't really black, the Hill newspaper reported.

"We even have blacks voting against the health care bill," Jackson reportedly said at a Congressional Black Caucus reception Wednesday night honoring the 25th anniversary of the civil rights leader's run for president.

"You can't vote against health care and call yourself a black man," the Hill reported him saying.

 

So, if this legislation passes will Barney Frank be a Gay Black man??? LOL

  • Many fools have tried to take what Rev. Jackson says and reconcile it with intelligent thought. It is an act in futility.He is a buffoon that does what we all basically do, try and make money to pay for the things we want in life. He is delaing wiht what he has. He has been disgraced, the christian community no longer listens to him, Those in serious political thought always discount his views. All he has left is trying to ressurrect the racist statements for racist organizations, so that he can get soem media time. Dr. King would have disassociated hiumself form this clown by 1980. Who knows, maybe he'll try to buy a sports franchise to get another fifteen minutes.
